Fees are as follows:
Vendor Booth: S85.00
Food Booth $175.00
The above rate is pre-paid resevations only. If available at the door fees are Vendor booths $120.00
and food booths 225.00(cash only)
All participants are entitled to a 10 foot by 10 foot spot and are required to provide their own tenting , tables and chairs. Second Spots are available for an extra fee of $50.00
DISPENSING/SELLING/DISTRIBUTING ALCOHOL STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
Also too are WEAPONS/GUNS/KNIFES(Including marshmallow and water guns)

I agree with everything mentioned and also understand that the clean up and set up are my reponsbiltys. I also understand that this entire event has been put together by Volunteers, and as such business like conduct will be required at all times. I further understand that this form must be signed and dated to be albe to participate and further understand that requests are first come first served.
